It is one of the most unquestionable absolutes in life… game and fine Burgundy is a match made in heaven.

Today witnessed the fantastic Domaine Faiveley Shooting Competition 2016 at the West London Shooting School attended by around 30 people from the UK on and off-trade.

Along with horse riding and skiing, shooting (of any kind) is one of my great obsessions in life. So an exhilirating day of blue sky clay shooting, followed by an inspired bespoke game bird lunch matched with super red and white Burgundies, was sure to go down as one of the most fun wine events of the year.
